This shell came out of the water amber and rust on its own, and Melissa Fouts worked with what it gave her — a heron half-hidden in coral-colored reeds, the whole thing reading like early light on the water.
The warmest piece in the group. It belongs in a room that already has wood and brass in it.
Handmade in Louisiana. Because the shell is natural, size, shape, and coloring vary. One of a kind.
